Name: Zelgadiss Greywords Age: 18 Skills: Magic, sword and a lot of unexpected skills Bloodtype: AB Species: chimera Zelgadiss Greywords is a character of the popular manga-anime "The Slayers"; we have seen him for the first time in the second episode of Slayers. At the beginning, for some misunderstandings, we think that he is the enemy, because Zel and Lina fight on opposite sides!

But Zel is not really evil, he fougt against Lina only because he wanted the Philosopher Stone to defeat Rezo, his greatgrandfather [aka The red priest], that have satisfied Zel's desire to become strong, but making him a chimera, a mix of a human, a golem and a brau demon! [He's got blue, stone skin and blue-purple wiry hair] But Zel was originally human, so he get really mad to Rezo! [you can't blame him for thins! =)]

So he wanted revenge... and he got it! In fact he join forces with Lina and defeated Rezo-Shabranigdo! Zelgadiss is a very mysterious character, he doesn't speak much about his past and he prefer to stay alone... So we know only few things about him!

For certain he, being a chimera, is very strong: his stone skin make him invurnerable to common skills and he can run very fast! But despite this advantages he really wants to come back human, he dosn't like the way he look and he hate when people stare at him, so he is really obsessed with become human again and he doesn't care how he does it! He is a good shaman and he can use white and shaman magic very well; he his also a good swordsman and he can improve his sords skills using the spell "Astral Wine".

Zel have a really bad temper, he is arrogant, stubborn,selfish and a bit misanthropic, but I think that his curse have influenced him a bit on this... Zel is also sometimes sad and depressed, he rarelly smile and he dosn't want to be involved in his friends' foolish actions...

So he seems to be a "heartless, mystical swordsman", but i think that isn't really like this, for me he just want to make people think taht he is heartless, but he isn't!

In fact in the course of Slayers we see another side of his character,more kind and friendly... maybe his friends [especially Amelia] have influenced him! In fact he risks his life much times to save his friends and when you need a help he always gives it!

Zelgadiss is also very intelligent and smart, in the course of slayers we see that him has a lot of unexpected abilities!
